The collection of information shall depend upon on the User’s use of E Cars International Private Limited’s services. E Cars International Private Limited may collect information directly from the User by mobile devices, portable devices (Tablet) /telephone/fax/email/over the counter/filling an enrolment form or through an internet based service.

Terms and Conditions
- Reservation and Payment: To make a reservation, the customer must provide a valid credit card as a guarantee. Payment is due at the time of pick-up and can be made with cash, credit card, or debit card.
- Chauffeur Service: The customer is entitled to the services of a licensed and insured chauffeur driver. The chauffeur driver will assist with luggage, navigation, and any other reasonable requests. The chauffeur driver is not responsible for any personal items left in the vehicle.
- Insurance: All vehicles are covered by liability insurance.
- Fuel Policy: The fuel costs are included in the rental fee.
- Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles. Customers who smoke in the vehicle will be subject to a cleaning fee.
- Vehicle Availability: The rental company reserves the right to substitute a similar or upgraded vehicle if the requested vehicle is not available.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time. Customers who cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Governing Law: The rental agreement and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
By signing the rental agreement, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions. The rental company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
